How can you restrict a user to access only one database which has been assigned to Him or Her only without Viewing the others databases in SAP Business One on the Choose Company Window.

I don`t think it is possible, but even if it was, how you would identify the user if he/she is not logged yet? Unless you are using the windows user.

Hi Janvier,

Basically, List of DB details are stored into the SBO-Common DB of SRGC table or exec TmSp_GetCompList, but their is not option of User wise setting, For more details find the below query for your reference.

select * from SRGC

exec TmSp_GetCompList

SELECT * FROM [SBO-COMMON].[DBO].[SRGC]

For this enhancement you inbuild mechanism for refresh list of tables with user wise (same as in login screen)
