Unable to save report : internal error the report application server failed

Hello,

I got a problem to save report into Crystal Server from Crystal report via Entreprise, when I want to save, this error is displayed : Internal Error : The Report Application Server failed.

I've try to follow this KB

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1815366 but it doesn't work for me.

I think it's a right problem because if I save the same report with admin user, I don't have this problem.

Do you know wich right I need to applyed to my user to save report into Crystal Server

from Crystal report via Entreprise.
