SAP B1i DB connection exception i.e java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

I am getting this exception

XCE001 Nested exception: java.rmi.RemoteException: Error on completion of HTTPS-roundtrip: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

while testing DB connection on the other hand JDBC connection is fine.
