Leaving Date in SAP Adhoc query

Hi All,

Im doing a adhoc query report using the logical database PNPCE in order to fetch the leaving date of the employee.

I have a requirement to display the leaving date under the field name leaving date as opposed to start date (for action leaving = 10).

In the current adhoc query the leaving date is displayed under the columnheader - start date.how to change the field name based on the action type?
