ST12 - error happend after end of trace

hi,

The error happened on "Collect trace analysis" after ST12 -Single transaction trace was ended by "end trace" button. And then, SAPLSSQ0 report was time out. However, I can see the trace summary.

Please tell me below quetion.

- What is the intention of this status error?

- What is the process being executed after stopping the trace?

Have you uncheck the option " Delete Created ABAP trace files after collection" ? refer the attachment screen.
