Diagnosis Group not functioning after moving to QA in APO DP

Hi, We are using Diagnosis group in forecast profile to generate the high MAPE forecasting alert, we configured and tested the same in development and it is working fine there and we moved the TRs to QA but in QA I can see the diagnosis group maintained in the univariate profile, but the high MAPE alerts are not getting generated here, any clues for this behavior ? additionally when I click on the drop down next the diagnosis group in QA it says no values found.

Hi Vinay,

If the drop down is not finding the diagnosis group in QA, it sounds like it hasn't been transported. Have you tried to create the diagnosis group manually and see if the alerts appear?

Also, on your background activity job for the forecast, have you selected 'generate alerts'on the control parameters?
