Return deliveries in TD Shipment Type

Hi. Does anyone have any experience of Return delivery processing Downstream TD IS-Oil? The TD shipment document does not accept Return Deliveries (Document Type 'T'). It's hard-coded in program MOIGS10_04 to only accept document type 'J'

(Outbound delivery), doc type 'w' (Reservation), and doc type '7'

Notification (inbound). Is there a way to handle returns?

Ideally I would like to be able to include returns into a trip so I can assign freight costs to the entire journey but I cannot seem to get the return delivery in the shipment.

Any advice much appreciated.

Hi,

As you have observed TD doesnt support return deliveries in shipment processing, so you cant assign a return delivery in a TD shipment. For freight cost processing the delivery has to be part of the shipment. As of now I dont see this possible, will try to explore if this can be achieved.

Hi,

In TD shipment you can not reverse the document. In this case you have to delet the shipment which is not advisable. For that purpose go to change mode of the shipment and delet the vehicle so the shipment will become inactive.
