Available Log Showing Unavailable

One of our portals is restarting ok, however, the available log is showing unavailable even though it is appears to be working ok.

I have reviewed all the logs in the usr/sap/<SID>/JC<instance>/work directory and am not finding any errors or problem.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions?
