Advanced DSO - Data missing in Bex Reporting - ( Anything to do with Master Data check option?)

Hi Friends,

I have created a ADSO which behaves like a 'Cube'. This ADSO is loading data from datasource 0HR_PY_1. I am able to succesfully load data into ADSO. Following are the observations which also tells about my issue:

1. I am able to see all the wage types related to particular company codes when I goto SAP GUI and RSA1->ADSO->Display Data

For Ex:

CO01 -> 0001,0002,0003,0004,0005

2. I am not able to see all the wage types related to particular company code when I see the data preview from ADSO in HANA Studio.

For Ex :

CO01->0001,0004,0005( with 0002 and 0003 are missed)

3. Same is happening with BEx query; not able to see all the data for a given company code.

Analysis: What I managed to find is whichever wage types are missing in Eclipse ADSO->Data preview OR BEx query on top of ADSO are also missing from wagetype master data table(0WAGETYPE). From above Ex: 0002 and 0003 are not found in 0WAGETYPE master table.

I saw an option of "Master Data check" for each characteristics in HANA Studio which is currently marked as "Master Data Check During Loading/Activation". All the characteristics of my ADSO is saved with this option only. So, I dont know what is the issue here??
