Unable to timewrite using CAT2

Hello Gurus,

One my business users account has been changed from old PERNR to new PERNR.

Now she is unable to time write, she is getting error message "Not authorized to maintain data for personnel number 0XXXXXXX using profile ZXX4".

I have checked in SU01 if old PERNR has been changed to new one and it's correct there. Also her master data and validity of account is also intact. IT0315 is also maintained against new PERNR.

When traced using SU53 below is result for t-code.

tcode=CAT2;AUTHC=R;PSIGN=*;INFTY=0000;SUBTY=' ';type=TR;name=CAT2;

Could you please let me know what might have went wrong?
