Hi There,

Unable to Delete Shopping cart or Change purchase order in SRM. The PO

is already in R/3, and the user has tried to change the PO / Approve

the PO in SRM

When trying to delete the Shopping cart or change the PO / Approving

the PO getting the message Document is still being processed in the

background; please try again later.

There are locked entries in the BBP_WFLOCK table, for Shopping cart,

Purchase order and confirmation but the four coloum entries viz.,

ARFCIPID ARFCPID ARFCTIME ARFCTIDCNT are not missing.

Needs to delete the shopping cart or change / Approve the PO.

I know that there is an OSS note 820040: Canceling a workflow lock in the BBP_WFLOCK table

but SAP has recommanded this note only if the entries ARFCIPID ARFCPID ARFCTIME ARFCTIDCNT in the coloum of bbp_wflock is missing is it correct ??? or i can use this note meaning the note does not have anu side effect if appiled.

also is it related personalization object BBP_WFL_SECURITY which is

setted to high,

decreaing this can help to resove the issue ?????

advice for this.

Regards

Rama

Hi

Please go through this ->

Also You can try to use Function Module using SE37 Transaction - BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE_WF, enter the Header guid and IV_status =1, Then check again the Purchase order.
