Delivery priority in C4C order

Hi Experts,

I understand that the field delivery priority comes with predefined values (4) as a standard and no fine tuning options to change those values.

Currently this filed (delivery priority) is not used by our customer and want to supress the field without any default value. Currently though we can make it hidden the default value (Normal) is causing concern for pricing simulation. As we are not using this filed, we can't even maintain the values in codelist mappings.

Please advise.

Hi Siddartha,

We have followed below steps to resolve the issue.

- created a custom field in C4C

- Extended standard order webservice (added)

- Mapping maintained in PI level

- Mapping maintained in backend S4H level

want to know that, too. Because our customer doesn't deliver things and therefore needs no priority.
