SAP Human Capital Management


I have a requirement we split earned leave in two ie PL & MPL.

Client has requirement if employee joins in between 01.01.2016 to 15.01.2016 it has to split. if employee joins after 16.01.2016 it has not to split. I have written pcr for split not for split earned leave. PCR for Split is given below.

Please help!!
