Dear All,

Even though I have done all the config in webUI and assigned all the roles to my user, I am still not able to view the trace in Neon after enabling the same locally as well. I am getting below error.

[13/9/17 7:09 PM] Call to fetch Trace data trigerred.

[13/9/17 7:09 PM] Trace payloads are not available. Trace feature is either switched off or trace data is removed post configured retention time.

[13/9/17 7:09 PM] Call to Export Trace data trigerred.

[13/9/17 7:09 PM] Export Triggerred

[13/9/17 7:09 PM] Trace content not found

In Web GUI log level is Debug.

Please suggest.

Regards

Amitabh

Hi @Gayathri Narayana

Even after following the above steps , still tracing is not working.

Please note that I have updated the eclipse to the latest release feature of HCI Toolings.

Hi Amitabh,

1. Set the log level of your Iflow to Debug on Web UI (I think you have already done this)

2. In Eclipse, under "Trace Configuration", select your iflow and click on "Enable"

3. Trigger the message and then from the Message Monitoring, select the message and click on "View Trace"
