Creating outgoing email as a followup for same outgoing email Transaction?

Hi Gurus,

We have requirement to create outgoing email as a follow-up for same outgoing email Transaction. After configuration getting error.

Because when we tried to create one getting BSP page error and Exception error.

Please let us know on this.

Hi Senthil,

Do you have more details about what you are doing?
Are you facing a WEBGUI issue?

Note that BSP is a different SAP web technology.

You should have a look whether there is a shortdump in ST22 and see the application component for the dump.
If there are connection errors, then you can look at dev_icm.
If there are WEBGUI-related errors, then you can also look at dev_wXX (the work processes trace files).
