Finished goods listing with GST

Hi, I am a Sap fico end user. The tax dept is asking for report that lists the finished goods manufactured by our company along with column to state whether they are taxable or not. Any inputs?

consult with your tax department and tax authorities . and

have have you registered with gst ? have you got gstin number ?

will the tax department had given HSN/SAC code for your company ?

if all are yes your company under taxable .

(if your company upgraded with gst ask the fi consultant for the end user manuals you will get all information )

Hi

You may be having an ASP who might have this kind of information. Some of the ASP do have this info. However, if it is not available, than you will have to extract this info in form of a custom report. The logic I can think of:

1. Extract all billing documents from VBRP and BSEG (For posted through FI).

2. Check the material type from MARA if it is FG.

3. For the FG Material types, pick the tax classification indicator from MLAN-TAXM1 field for the material

Now you can put the required information in a custom report
