Master Data changes

All,

Is there any report in system where I can get master data changes done for a particular week ?

Both Material Master and Vendor Master.

Pls advise.

As I know material master changes and vendor changes are not available in a report

But in material master MM03, if you fallow the menu path- display chanhes you will get the details

As like in vedor master

Environment field changes---you will get changes.

If you want at table level - refe CDHRD and CDPOS

CDHDR

inpput for material is -

OBJECTCLASS = MATERIAL

OBJECTID = your material number

UDATE = your selection date

input for vendor is

OBJECTCLASS = KRED

OBJECTID = your vendor number

UDATE = your selection date

Or use Function module

CHANGEDOC_READ_WITHOUT_ED

Give - Object class and Object ID(vendor with preceeding zero) and date of change

You will get all the results.

There is a table called cdhdr where you can check for changes in the master data. There you have to give the change doc object, like if you want to see changes in customer master, give change doc object as debi, and for material give material, and execute giving the required dates.......

Then in that table you will get a doc. no. take that no.. and give it in table cdpos you will get the exact change which has happened...

There is no Standard SAP Report that I know of that will give you what you are looking for. You can however run MM04 form Material Changes, which will give you changes to a Specific material, from a Specified Date.

I do not see anything for the Vendor Changes.

The other alternative would be to have a Custom ABAP program written to display the Change Log File based upon your selection criteria.

Dear PVS,

no such report displaying.but we have one such a way.

when we saved doc then finally we have to save such doc .suppose we willl open doc details changed by perticular user and date also we can see this is the option one availble
