Hi all,
we have a crm 7.0 running and I'm looking for the most comfortable way, to search for E-Mail Addresses from Outlook in the CRM Web UI.
I have read about One-to-One E-Mail and the prerequisites of this functionality here:
https://help.sap.com/saphelp_crmhana/helpdata/de/11/f050e277bc471f8bcaf66132b06e6d/frameset.htm
(german document)
There is no mention of any additional software to install. But I found several documents about the groupware integration about configuring certain software in order to use the outlook integration. But in those documents, the One-to-One Email function ist not mentioned.
Could you please tell me what's the best or easiest way to accomplish that a CRM User can search for Mail-Addresses in the Web UI that are stored in his Outlook contacts?
There are a lot of notes and documents and that's rather confusing than helpfull.
Thank you very much.
Chris
Hi David,
thank you for your answer. I found a document via the note, that is quite helpful.
But there is one thing that is still unclear to me.
How do the crm knows where to look for the outlook addresses? All I tell the CRM in Customizing is that it should look for E-Mail addresses in Outlook. There is no way to define a path in the filesystem to the outlook.pst or any other ressource.
Regards.
Chris

Hi Chris,
Can you go through the FAQ note which provides a functional guide for one-to-one email integration and troubleshooting tipps.

Let me know if that helps.

David
