f-28 ageing wise cleariing

Hi All

Business scenario:- We are using F-28 for customer receipt

Requirement :- Client wants system should pick automatically ageing wise document which needs to be clear first by clicking the process open items

Attempt for solution:- we tried with by selecting the Distribute by age still still we are not able to achieve the requirement please guide us.
