Restrict Parts Items from Service Ticket to Sales Quote in C4C

Hi Everyone,

I am working C4C service process where we have integration with CRM system . Due to this unable to use Work Ticket integration process between C4C & ECC.

However as alternative way we have identified creation of sales quote as a follow up from the ticket which create sales order in CRM. further it will replicate to ECC .

During this process i want allow set of criteria Parts maintain under service ticket to sales quote while creating follow up. i.e If i have added 2 line items under parts selection with different Processing type , Out of this one line item is eligible for Order creation in Quote

But when i create follow up sales quote from ticket , both items are getting coped to Sales Quote.

Can you please give some ideas /solution direction to deliver this solution ?
