Changing capacity of a work center

Dear Experts,
My client changes factory timings as and when needed. Its cannot be predicted and the decision is taken a few moments before the factory is supposed to shutdown.
Right now they have only one shift which starts at 8am and ends at 6pm. When they require overtime they extend the shift to 9pm or 10pm. How can I handle this in capacity planning and leveling.
Secondly they sometimes also work on weekends, and its also unpredictable when the weekend is going to be on.
Thirdly they also increase the labor on a work center as and when needed thus increasing the capacity.

I've searched on SCN but couldn't find a satisfactory answer.

Dear Srini,

first and second points I have solved with capacity versions, but Increase in labor force or decrease in labor is still pending. Kindly tell me what should I do? I was thinking of increasing individual capacity at WC or decreasing it, but I cant see the impact in the order nor in CM21.

Maintain two shifts per day for all 7 days. but scheduler/User will have to assign the orders based on decision by the plant on every day basis.
