Product Category Description missing from Supplier Self Registration Form

Dear Gurus,

ROS Implementation. SRM + ROS in one Client

In the Supplier Self Registration form, under section "Product Categories Provided", we only see the Check Box, the Product Category Description is Blank.

Why is it missing, could you please provide your valuable Inputs on this Issue ?
