I was wondering if anyone has been able to customize/configure the Access Enforcer to meet specific client needs?
My client has the following requirements and I was wondering if any of these could be met, as I have been unable to determine this from any AE documentation I have reviewed thus far:
1. Replace the SAP logos with our client's logos;
2. Hide some of the default fields from the end-users (e.g. priority, manager & requestor details etc. as they are not required by our client) when an access request is being submitted;
3. Use the SAP HR org structure to determine a user's one-up manager and workflow change requests to them for first line approval (currently, I believe AE is using the manager details that have been manually entered in the request page as the "manager" approver);
4. Change the look of the request page based on the type of request. For example if the change request is to a HR position, our client would like to display the HR Position that is being changed (as opposed to the user ID, which is what is currently displayed);
