SALESDOCGEN_O_W queing in REALIGN (R&R Queues)

When I do a full extract (Config, Business Partners, Contact Partners & Activities) for a Mobile Sales Site the REALIGN queue is filled with a large number of SALESDOCGEN_O_W entries (Up to 500,000 in some cases). I don't have any subscriptions that are used for sales documents. I do replicate Sales Documents from R/3 to CRM but don't require these to go to CDB or Mobile Sales Sites. How do i stop the SALESDOCGEN_O_W documents building up in the REALIGN queue as this slows down the processing for other document types.

Any help would be grateful
