Delivery is combined even if shipping points are different in sales order

Hi Gurus,

I have a one query, I have created one sales order having two line items, line item 10 belongs to plant P100 and line 20 belongs to plant P200.

And shipping points are P100 for line item 10 and P200 for line item 20.

Using VL01N, if I am creating delivery then both line item will be combined in one delivery.

But I am using TA-VL10G and enter both shipping point in shipping point column and execute that transaction then delivery splits happened.

My query why when using VL01N, delivery is combined.

It should not combine because shipping point is different.

Please help, is this is a standard behaviour or something else.
