Payables and Supplier Accounts in ByD

Dear colleagues,

Could you advise me how to find Work Center "Payables" in SAP Cloud Application Studio in Configuration Explorer? I wonder what a Business Object, a Work Center View and an OWL floorplan are for the Supplier Account.
