Could we prioritize each item for loading in Transportation Management?

Hello, experts.

I'd like to ask about loading in Transportation Management.

I implement TM but there is not EWM(Customer's original WM System).

In this situation, could we prioritize each item for loading in Transportation Management?

I draw the figure as image.

In this example, I prioritize item A as rank 1, item B as rank 3 and item C as rank 2.

Based on these priorities, item A and item B are loaded to 1st car(FO#1) and item C is loaded to 2nd car(FO#2).
