FM : delete added availibility control ledger

When I try to delete in the golden client an additional availibility control ledger. The system doesn't allow me to do this. The system issues the message FMAVC5440 However the table FMAVCT is logic wise empty and the step in the customizing where you make the link between the FM-area and the availibility control ledger is empty for this ledger. I tried also with the option 'not active". However this didn't made any difference.

Anybody an idea?

    Dear,

    Some colleagues of my have done the setup, based on the previous update profile in FM we worked with the commitment budget and the payment budget. However due to a change in the legislation it is no longer necessary to work with a commitment budget. I change the update profile so that no update of actual values (e.g. by entering a purchase order) is taken place in the commitment budget. Since no actuals values are feeding the commitment budget I want to delete also the availilibility control ledgers linked to it. That seems logic to me.

    Hi,

    Just don't activate it, and that would be sufficient. Keep in mind, that SAP provides two ledgers (9i/9H) by default without any link to which update profile you would choose for your FM area. So, I really don't see the issue.
