C4C Modal Dialogue and ITS interaction

Hello. Within C4C I have created a new embedded component where within the component is calls a URL mashup for launching ECC's ITS rendering. This embedded company is part of a modal dialog which is called when the "new" button is called from an advanced list pane. My issue is that I can see the ITS rendering of ECC successfully but using keyboard entries such as ENTER are not responsible within ITS. I can sometimes choose a specific executable action button within a t-code but if I simply enter a t-code in the command bar and choose ENTER there is no response from ECC. Has anyone else seen this? I've tried searching other online questions but have yet to see a Q&A for it yet. Thank you for anyone that may have some insight into this.

James

Hi James,

do you know the configuration of the WEBGUI service (via the transaction SICF) on the ECC side? (presume this is the ITS service been called here if you have the OkFieldCode to execute transactions from)

It could be that you are restricted to calling just ONE transaction.

Does the following notation work if the transaction is been called via the URL "...?sap-client=200&~transaction=xxxx"

Oisin

I believe my url is accurate. If I call the ITS in a separate browser session I get the expected response from the t-code. Its just within the MODAL pop-up I have issues. I currently have an open incident with support they are looking into. Thank you for your response and apologies for my delay.

Hi James,

were you able to resolve this?

If not can you update the thread with the Kernel and SAP_BASIS Support Package Level of your ECC system
