If you are really asking, how much data an PO System / instance is transferring to third Parties then the call back must be: How many Scenarios involving third parties do you have, how many Messages per month are processed by that Scenarios, what's the avarage message size per Szenario.
If you Need to have a ex post view of data you sent / received from third parties, take a look at Performance Monitoring. If you have an dual stack, you might also use System measurement to get some insights.
