User is unable to save chages on an order that has been PGI'd.

Error message: Incoterms or POD indicator change is not possible after PGI.

The user is having the same roles the other user have who can save it without error. Some extra parameters are there. Also, the user is able to save it in Qa with same roles as prod. Not happening in Prod. SU53 is not showing the right result. Unable to identify if it is an access issue or a process issue.

I bet it's a custom message. Verbiage is not typical for SAP standard.

This doesn't seems to be an Security Related error and needs some functional analysis for the reported error. Just for the information in case you have doubt in SU53. I suggest you to go with ST01.

This is not a standard error. Check with your ABAP team to find out why this validation is set to trigger the customized message.

There's no error message no. The error message is showing at the down left corner (Notification corner).
