Link between Surveys Responses and Items of interest?

Hi,

Does anyone know if we have the possibility to add an item of interest in the Survey responses?

Let's suppose we ask explicit to our contacts in which kind of products they are interested in.

It could be useful to include those into the import data tile.

We are working on an on-prem version.
