Sending Mail from Workflow by fetching URL from Webdynpro application

Hello Experts,

We have a customised wedynpro application for Manpower Requisition Request. It has several approvers. When initiator submits request a request id is generated and workflow is triggered and URL is sent to approver via mail. We have used SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT to trigger workflow, have developed customised BO. Now the problem is when we send a mail and user opens URL, initial screen is opened whereas approver should see whatever information initiator has filled. How can we do it? Request for suggestion.
