dunning interest

Hi gurus,

I need your help for dunning interest, I need to put different interest indicator for the open invoices, if invoice is overdue after expiry of FLEXIBLE REAL ESTATE contract. For e.g.

FLEXIBLE REAL ESTATE contract validity 01/01/2006 to 31/12/2006

-if any rental invoice of contract is over due during above period i.e. 01/01/2006 to 31/12/2006 interest should be calculated at 18%.

- if any rental invoice of contract is over due after expiry of contract i.e. after 31/12/2006 interest should be calculated at 12%.

Hello

Have you defined rules in the interest keys ?

Define the interest key that you want to assign to the collection step under Business Transactions ® Interest Calculation ® Item Interest Calculation ® Define Interest Keys. The interest key contains the interest calculation rules to be used for the interest calculation, and you can define these in the same section of the IMG in the Define Interest Calculation Rules activity.

Also, check if the interest indicators are assigned to the customer master record.

I am working of 4.7 version, where path giving Business Transactions ® Interest Calculation ® Item Interest Calculation ® Define Interest Keys, seems not available, nor i am able to find node for Define Interest Calculation Rules .

can u suggest some more details.
