Student Program info Missing in Student Master data Header

We are facing an issue with student admission. When we do admission for a specific program, the system shows “program” and “Adm. Appl.” status only in that period in which the student was admitted but as we move into next session system don’t display program in student header and also Org unit not derived. For this reason we are getting error messages in Fiori apps which are working fine in 1^st Session in which student was admitted.

We found that system only shows those admissions which were entered into the current date and session. capture.png
