Specific Role or Action assignment in SAP portal

We need to remove administrators access for some users which is resulting in non-access of “Service Registry” and the below mentioned WebDynpro Tool Applications.

Please let me know any other role or action that can be assigned instead of administrator to make the applications accessible.

Hi there. This question has been moved from the IDM Tag as it is not about the SAP IDM product.

Hope you get an answer to your question!

Regards,

Matt (IDM Monitor)

PS - Tag Moderator, please advise is this is the wrong tag.

For accessing the WebDynpro Content Adminitrator and the WebDynpro Console, one has to be granted with:

"... administrator rights for the J2EE Engine or SAP Enterprise Portal and can access a System Landscape Directory (SLD). ..."

Hi Nikhil

From the screenshot I see its "Web Dynpro Tool Application". Can you please tell me the query that you have "role or action that can be assigned instead of administrator to make the applications accessible.", is it specific to Web Dynpro Tool Application or do you use Enterprise Portal also and you want the same role/action for portal as well ?
