How to enable "Add multiple values" option to a customer attribute in SolDoc for SolMan 7.2 ?

I have created customer attributes and assigned it to a process in SolDoc. while creating the customer attributes i have opted for Multi value attribute. while assigning customer attributes to process EX: Sector is the customer attribute i have created and has multiple values in it.

I can assign single value of sector at once. if there are 30+ values it is time taking process to assign. this is where Add Multiple Values option for the Customer attribute come into picture. i dint see that my option is not enabled for the EX : Sector attribute

Please help me how to enable the Add multiple Value option ?

Could be, that you have no search help assigned to the attribute. When you add a data element with search help, the menu iteme "Add multile values should call it.
