DDIC locked due incorrect logon SAPMSSY1(and possible SLD)

Hi all,

SSM is trying to access Quality according to SM20 (System Log) and it is the cause of locking(due to incorrect password)

I have noticed as well while checking SM21 in SSM is that, I receive a message in SM21 "Could not send SLD data." and this occurs at the same time when SSM is attempting to login Quality

I've already double checked the RFC connections. My hunch is that the ddic issue and sld issue are connected which I'm not sure what would be the correct approach. Any help would be appreciated
