TREX error - Index does not exist;index=bit_bw_metadata_index_d

Hello every one!

I called the T-CD:RSA1 and I tried to BI metadata search.

Then Follwoing Error is occured .

＞TREX error - Index does not exist;index=bit_bw_metadata_index_d

＞Message no. RSOS022

I can look a index "bit_bw_metadata_index_d" in trex administrator tool.

I need solution to this error. Someone, please help me.

My environment is the following.

host1 : NW7.0(NW2004s)SP12 , BI7.0

host2 : Trex7.00.25

RFC Connect between bi and trex is fine.

Hi Seo,

could I ask you to create an OSS support ticket. By the way the TREX 7.0 REV 25 is extremly old. Could you please patch this to the newest patch level.

Hi Mikhail .

I applied patch of TREX 7.0 ( REV from 25 to 36 ).

But It has not solved it yet.

I think that the BI7.0 side possibly broke.

Isn't there mending method?

Where should be set to change "bit_bw_metadata_index_d" to "bit_bw_metadata_index_a"?

It was not found though it looked for by using

T-CD:RSODADMIN and T-CD:SRMO , TREXADMIN.
