re: Mobile Number on BupaCreateContact & BupaDetailB2B

Hi Experts,

I am trying to add the mobile number on the above view sets,

The Mobile number does exists in the BuilAddressRel->BuilStandardAddressTelNumberRel , however there are two results

one for the landline number and the other for the mobile number with the R_3_USER indicator set to '3' for mobile number.

How do one display the mobile number on the above view sets for maintenance?

Ahmed

    Hello Ahmed,

It's a little bit hard to explain in this forum how to do it, But please take a look an example.

At view "LdOverView" in crm_ic application in context node "Date" there is 2 attributes: Date_from & Date_to.

It's almost the same except that the you will check the "R_3_User" attribute instead of "APPT_TYPE" (in get_entity method).

Of course<b> before</b> you copying those methods you should add a new Context node of TelephoneRelations to your view (Use wizard for it).

    Good Luck

      Hello Ahmed,

      At BupaDetailB2B attach <b>BuilStandardAddressTelNumber</b> to <b>DefaultAddress</b>

At BupaContactPersonCreate I assume that the parent node is <b>ContactPersonAddress</b>.

if not try to attach first standardAddress to ContactPerson and then

      <b>BuilStandardAddressTelNumber</b>.

      Good Luck

      Eli
