there is a word ‘two dimensions are affected in the corresponding cube: DIMA and DIMD’ in note 388570 - BW Change Run,and please help me to understand the concept 'DIMA and DIMD’.

You meant note 1388570.
DIMA and DIMD just refer to the two dimensions where are located infoObjects A and D.
