Trigger Workflow when Payout is submitted or save

Hello expert

I wanted to know if it is possible to trigger a workflow when paying out Vacation hours/days in Time Management using the Add Payout button. There is a enhancement request, ECT-55281, I am not sure if this enhancement has already been implemented. I Also wanted to know if workflow is supported in Payout. What is name of the object (Time Management) where we request Payout.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Search for employee and Go to employee people profile
  2. Go to Time Management
  3. Click Administer Time
  4. Go to Time Accounts
  5. Click Vacation and click Add Payout
  6. In Payout, select either partial or complete
  7. Click Save
