Disaster Recovery plan

Hi Experts,

Please look at below DR plan and let me know if i am missing anything

DR Plan

1) Install same version of SAP BO which is in production

2)copy CMS database to new DR database

3) delete the refrences related to old parent id

4) copy FRS files to new location

5)configure SIA to CMS using backup and recovery strartegy

We are planning to turn off SIA in regular time,incase of disaster i will start SIA service.Is there any flaws in this DR plan.

Hello Vikram Kalyan,

I don't think this will work (I never tried this method)

What I suggest you is use backup tools to perform DR for SAP Business Object.

If you using VMWare use VM HA to achive this.
