Output Device issue in SPAD

Hi Experts,

I encountered export device issue with Tcode-SPAD, The system is SAP ECC6.0、Oracle DB.
My steps are:

1. SPAD

2. Utilities→For output devices →Export devices

3. Export

4. After Downloading, the ### which should be Traditional Chinese words become gibberish.

Please suggest me what to do?
