I had created org structure. But when I m searching this org unit system throwing message that no hits found. Can any body suggest me how can I get my org structure.
The best way to search the structure is to go to Search Term under Organizational Unit and there jus search with * symbol, this will give you all the results.
Let me clear U. I m working in CRM 5.0. That U had suggested me I had gone through that way. Go to find button then Search org unit, give STAR(*) it is showing there org unit name but when i click there to open that org unit it is showing me the mssg. :"No hits Found".
If u have done all customization for org model in IMG. you can view or change the things in EA. EA-Master Data- Org model-Change mode. Use search criteria to find out Org unit or Positon give input as per u created earlier.
I have done all thing. Still I am not getting any thing. When I go to find and giving my org unit it is displaying the name. But when I click on that org unit it is showing that mssg "no hits found"
