We are facing one serious problem if anybody aware of any solution regarding it that will be very helpful for us.
The problem is mentioned below,
In the SAP CRM (5.0) system one standard IC Web Client profile of the name SERVICE is available. In the SERVICE profile the navigation profile used of the name 'Default'. This navigation profile contains various navigation links in which there is one called 'Universal Inbox' Inbox.
This helps to search the entire business transaction document in the CRM System. System shows proper search & navigations for all the transaction type except 'Service Contract'.
For Service contract the search is proper but when I click on the document to display details it always shows only one document. It never shows the selected document. So what could be the problem?
If anyone knows about it please inform us.
