Solution Manager: report COM_PRODUCT_UPGRADE empty

Hello Experts,

I installed Solution Manager 7.2. In the Step "Configuration CRm Basis" - Technicaly Upgrade Products - i ran the report COM_PRODUCT_UPGRADE, but I get a meessage "List contain no data"



What can I do to perform this step ?
