Experts,

We have UCES 6.0 installed and done successful the Connection TEST successfully.

When I try to access the url http://<hostname>:51000/bdisu

it does prompt me the user name and password. When I enter a valid user name and password - it prompts with an error.

" You are not authorized to execute this function, as your business partner has not released it for you. "

Has anyone experienced this error.

Many Thanks in Advance,

Regards

Shailenra

Ok, permissions should be right.

It seems, that the item, you´re trying to open, is not yet released in the backend system to be visible by the related user.

The answer is as below:

Create a reference user, assing Business Partner.

XCM-CONFIG

Under the Application Config: please select the FI_USERMANAGEMENT.

You can use as many Business Partner as you want.

Many thanks,

Hi Shailender,

we are getting the same issue in our QA environment but not in Dev.

How do you create reference user and assign a business partner.

We have BUS1006 and BUS3007 in SU01.

Any help will be hilghly appreciated.

Thanks

And which portal roles are assigned?

The error message means, that your user master data, in this case the businesspartner, does not have the permission to execute that function.

You need to assign the proper roles to the user in the portal and in the backend system.
