in my portal i created User ID for 2 different client( 001,002)

let say Xman,Yman,Zman which is connected to 001 client by using system object (so1) and i created Aman,Bman,Cman for client 002 and created system object (so2).

Both are using the same Business package.

for one client its working fine(001), i want to use same business package for other client(002).

if i am going wrong can anybody tell me what my be the problem, how to resolve that ?

can anybody tell me step by step process.

Thanks in advance

hi sharadha,

In CRM system there are 2 clients one is for Pharma(0020) and one for Textile( 00001) .

This contain same Roles like sales manager, sales representative, service manager....etc

From my portal i have to access both the client (001,002) so for that i created different User ID for each client(001,002) which i explain before only.

BP CRM.50 is business package which is imported by basis people which contain same Role as shown above .

those roles i assigned to my User IDs which i created .

now problem is business package iview which contain the information regarding system object?

Thanks & regards

Naresh
