regarding funtionality in CRM ISA B2B

Dear All,

on CRM - B2B ISA, do we have standard funtionality for:

1. Additonal discount request from customer?

Customer want additonal discount on a order.

2. Cross division sales not alowed?

Customer will not able to order diffrent division products in a single order.
